Solve after finish all the installation, double-click the desktop shortcut icon, the software no response.
ANS:
1. insert the blue USB dongle.
2. install the dongle driver .
If still can't open. check next
3. check the main program whether be deleted by antivirus
( check method : right click on the softare icon--open file location--check the main program"phone!exe" is here or not . if there is no "phone!.exe", pls download the phone!.exe file from website. then put it in here. and antivirus added to trust this file. ）
